Return & Refund Policy – FreshBhuja

Thank you for shopping with FreshBhuja. We deal in food products and prioritize hygiene and safety. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be processed.

By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.


1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered and opened.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The packet was torn, leaking, or open when delivered
  • The product is expired or spoiled
  • Some items are missing from your order

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after delivery
  • You do not like the taste of the product
  • The product has been opened or used
  • Incorrect delivery address was provided
  • Delivery failed due to customer unavailability

FreshBhuja reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

When reporting such issues, please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Product photo
  • Photo of damaged packet or issue
  • Short explanation of the issue

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact our support team.

Steps to request a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email
  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for request
  3. Attach product and issue photos
  4. Our team will review and respond with further instructions

Requests will only be processed after approval.


5. Refund Process

Once your request is approved, we will notify you regarding the refund or replacement.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for online payments)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI Transfer

Customers may be required to share bank or UPI details for COD refunds.


6. Shipping Responsibility

If the issue is due to:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item
  • Defective or spoiled product

FreshBhuja will bear the responsibility and cost.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery.

If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the parcel.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible and the request will fall under this return policy.


9. Changes to This Policy

FreshBhuja reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
