Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch
  • Full refund will be processed
  • Cancellation can be done via "My Orders" section or by contacting support

After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
  • You may refuse delivery and request a return
  • Return policy terms will apply

2. How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your FreshBhuja account
  2. Go to "My Orders" section
  3. Select the order you want to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Order" button
  5. Select cancellation reason and confirm

3. Cancellation Timeline

  • Immediate: If order is in "Pending" or "Confirmed" status
  • Within 1 hour: If order is in "Processing" status (subject to approval)
  • Not Allowed: If order is "Shipped" or "Delivered"

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Online Payment: Refund to original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: No refund required as payment was not made
  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund including shipping charges

5. Cancellation by FreshBhuja

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Pricing or product information error
  • Payment verification issues
  • Delivery location is not serviceable
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, full refund will be processed automatically.

6. Bulk Order Cancellations

For bulk or corporate orders:

  • Cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before expected delivery
  • Cancellation charges may apply based on order processing stage
  • Custom/personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production starts

7. Promotional Orders

Orders placed using promotional codes or during special sales:

  • Can be cancelled following standard cancellation policy
  • Promotional benefits will be forfeited upon cancellation
  • Refund will be of the amount actually paid

8. Auto-Cancellation

Orders may be automatically cancelled if:

  • Payment is not received within 24 hours for online orders
  • Delivery attempts fail 3 times for COD orders
  • Customer is unreachable for order confirmation
